This document provides detailed guidelines on all conditions for using the bijoy platform, including account management, financial transactions, bonus eligibility and user responsibilities. Please read it in full before using the service.
bijoy is an online entertainment platform offering slots, live casino, sports betting and other gaming content. Registering on this platform or using any of its services means the user agrees to all of the terms below. If you object to any term, please refrain from using the service.

1.3 Geographic Applicability
bijoy primarily provides services to users in Bangladesh. Using the service from a region where online gaming is prohibited under local law is entirely the user's own responsibility. bijoy bears no legal liability in this regard.
1.4 Changes to Terms
bijoy reserves the right to change or cancel any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continuing to use the service after a change is considered acceptance of the new terms.
2. Account Registration and Management
Creating an account on bijoy is free and is completed by providing personal information.
2.1 Registration Conditions
- Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all of them will be closed.
- The name, address, mobile number and other information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
- Keeping the account password confidential is the user's responsibility. Sharing the password with any third party is not allowed.
- If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, bijoy's support team must be contacted immediately.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
bijoy reserves the right to verify user identity to ensure a secure service. A national identity card or equivalent document may be requested for verification. If documents are not provided within the specified time, withdrawals may be suspended or the account may be temporarily closed.
2.3 Grounds for Account Closure
bijoy may temporarily or permanently close a user's account for any of the following reasons:
- Registering with false information
- Operating multiple accounts
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Bonus abuse or breach of terms
- Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
bijoy provides easy and fast financial transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile wallets.
3.1 Deposits
Accepted deposit methods on bijoy are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The name provided at the time of deposit must match the name registered on the account; otherwise the transaction may be rejected.
3.2 Withdrawals
The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay — can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes, though delays may occur if identity verification has not been completed.

3.3 Transaction Conditions
- Transactions must be made from the mobile number registered on the account; transactions from third-party wallets are not permitted.
- bijoy does not pay interest or profit on any transaction.
- If fraudulent or suspicious financial activity is detected, the transaction will be cancelled and the account suspended.
- Under anti-money laundering laws, additional information may be requested for large transactions.
4. Bonus and Promotion Terms
bijoy offers various bonuses. Each bonus is governed by specific conditions, and funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until those conditions are met.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
bijoy offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it becomes withdrawable.
For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000; the wagering requirement on the bonus is ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.
4.2 Bonus Usage Rules
- A bonus may only be used on the account it was credited to; transferring it to another account is strictly prohibited.
- Requesting a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement set at the time the bonus was granted will result in the bonus being cancelled.
- bijoy reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Attempting to abuse bonuses or obtain them through fraudulent means may result in the account and all deposited funds being forfeited.
4.3 VIP Cashback Programme
bijoy VIP members receive a weekly cashback benefit. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings):

5. Gaming and Betting Rules
5.1 Betting Conditions
The bijoy platform offers slots, live casino, sports betting and many other types of games. Each game or market has its own rules, which can be found in the relevant game lobby. The general conditions are as follows:
- A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a game is not completed due to a technical error, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
- The maximum winnings on any game are subject to a set limit — details will be stated in the game rules.
- Winnings obtained by exploiting software errors, bugs or unauthorised tools will be voided.
5.2 Sports Betting

5.3 Live Betting
In live betting, odds may change while an event is in progress. If odds change before a bet is confirmed, bijoy may accept the bet at the new odds; the user will be notified in such cases.
6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Control
bijoy believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems. The platform encourages users to play safely and responsibly. bijoy's Responsible Gaming Guidelines describe in detail how to set personal limits, self-exclude and access support.
- bijoy provides the option to set deposit limits, bet limits and session time limits.
- Requests for temporary or permanent self-exclusion can be made through bijoy's support team.
- All gaming activities are for ages 21+ — bijoy is committed to protecting minors.
- If problematic gaming behaviour is detected, bijoy may impose restrictions on an account on its own initiative.
7. Data Protection and Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability and Legal Disclaimer

9.2 Liability for Betting Outcomes
Losses from betting or gaming are entirely at the user's own risk. bijoy does not guarantee any winnings or profit. Game outcomes are fully automated and determined by a random number generator (RNG).
9.3 Third-Party Content
The bijoy platform uses content from third-party game providers. The relevant provider is responsible for the RTP, features and functionality of those games. bijoy is responsible only for ensuring platform services.
9.4 Internet Connection Issues
If a user's internet connection is lost during a game, bets already confirmed will not be cancelled. The data stored on the server will be treated as final.
10. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
10.1 How to Raise a Dispute
If any dispute arises between bijoy and a user, bijoy's support team must first be contacted via live chat or email. An attempt will be made to resolve the matter within 7 business days of contact.
10.2 Final Decision
Data stored on bijoy's servers regarding game results, account activity, or other technical matters will be considered the final authority. In any dispute, server logs and database records will be used as the deciding reference.
10.3 Applicable Law
The laws under the jurisdiction of bijoy's operating authority will apply to the interpretation and enforcement of these terms. Both parties are expected to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith.
11. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content published on the bijoy website and application — including logos, designs, graphics, text, and code — is protected under the intellectual property rights of bijoy or its authorised partners. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these materials without written permission from bijoy is strictly prohibited.
Content from third-party game providers is protected under their own intellectual property rights, and bijoy is only licensed to display that content.
