Cricket and football markets
In cricket betting at bijoy bet you will find various markets including Match Winner, Top Batter and Total Runs. In limited-overs matches there is no draw — you must choose one of the two teams.
Example 3 — Cricket Match Winner:
Team A 1.45, Team B 2.75
A ৳500 bet on Team B returns ৳1,375 if Team B wins (৳875 profit); if Team A wins, ৳500 is gone.
Bet slip: Single and multi bets
Clicking on the odds of any market automatically adds it to the bet slip. Entering the stake amount in the slip shows the potential return. This is called a single bet — one bet on one event.
Adding multiple events to the slip creates a multi bet. The odds of all selections are multiplied together to give the total odds, so there is a chance of a larger return from a small stake — but if any one selection is wrong, the entire bet is lost.
Example 4 — Multi bet (3 selections):
Odds of three selections: 1.50 × 1.60 × 1.70 = 4.08 (total, approximately)
If all win on a ৳100 stake, return is ৳408 — but if any one loses, the full ৳100 is gone.

What is a betting exchange?
Alongside regular betting, in exchange markets players bet against each other. There are two roles — BACK (for a win) and LAY (against a win).
Example 5 — Betting Exchange (decimal odds 2.00):
BACK Team A, ৳1,000 stake: If Team A wins, ৳1,000 profit before commission; if not, you lose ৳1,000.
LAY Team A, backer's ৳1,000 stake: Liability = ৳1,000 × 1.00 = ৳1,000. If Team A does not win, ৳1,000 profit before commission; if Team A wins, you pay ৳1,000.
View open and settled bets
After placing a bet, you will see two lists in the "Bet History" or "My Bets" section of your account:
- Open Bets: Bets whose results have not yet come in are listed here. You can see the selection, odds, stake and potential return for each bet.
- Settled Bets: Once a result is in, the bet is settled and winnings are added to your balance. Lost bets are also recorded here.
Checking your bet history lets you see which types of markets you are spending the most time on and how much you are spending. It is a practical way to keep track of your betting activity.
Set a budget before you start betting
